Testing Methods

Equipped with modern testing equipment

Electrical Testing

Continuity, contact resistance, insulation (Hi-Pot) testing with voltage up to 3000V.

Pull Force Testing

Terminal pull force testing according to UL/IEC standards, ensuring mechanical strength of crimping connections.

Cross-section Analysis

Cut samples and analyze crimping structure under microscope to evaluate connection quality.

Environmental Testing

Temperature, humidity, vibration and harsh environmental conditions testing as required.
